Description
Our hand crafted muenster cheese has a mild, almost sweet flavor with a creamy texture that is perfect for everyday snacking or makes a great addition to the cheese board. It’s a “cheese for everyone” as it is not overpowering like some of its European brothers it is aged with.
All our Muenster is aged for a minimum of 30 days and is hand dipped to provide the traditional style washed red rind.
Ingredients: Pasteurized Milk, Salt, Microbial Coagulant, Cultures, Annatto (natural colorant)
