This mellow and earthy cheese is hand rubbed with ground smoked sweet paprika and habanero to provide a light, hot smoky flavor throughout.
This cheese originated in Spain, and is aged for 2 months to allow for superior flavor and texture. You won’t find this cheese anywhere else unless you import it yourself. So it truly will add a variety to any cheese board that your guests will not have had before.
