Camembert, Brie’s lesser known brother in the USA, has a creamy but pungent taste. We took that and turned it into a great spread that will ad flair to any cheese board or sandwich. This is a great way to introduce people to some “stronger” cheese varieties, and is a perfectly addicting snack with any style cracker.
Ingredients: Camembert and Aged Cheddar (Raw and Pasteurized Milk, Salt, Microbial Coagulant, Cultures), Water, Whey, Cream, Lactic Acid, Sorbic Acid (Natural Preservative), Guar Gum
