Refund and Returns Policy

If there is an error with your order, (damaged, missing, incorrect items, billing issues, or anything else) please contact us at info@texascurds.com within 30 days of placing your order. We cannot offer refunds or replacements after 30 days.

For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on perishable products. However we stand behind our products and will work with you to solve any problem. All fresh cheeses must be shipped cold pack 2nd day air or faster as recommended for guarantee. Please include a photo of any damaged items when contacting us to speed up any resolution.
